| Renaissance is our core personal development and employability skills programme initially developed to target those seeking to return to the labour market. Now our most successful and widely-delivered programme, ‘Renaissance’ has been commissioned across London to develop the personal skills of a variety of client groups from the young unemployed, heading towards social exclusion, to lone parents and adult returners. Both dynamic and inspirational, the key strength of Renaissance is its flexibility. In the London borough of Haringey, for example, Renaissance was incorporated into a wider programme with Jobcentre Plus to prepare adults for a specific recruitment campaign with a major Swedish furniture retailer. | |
| By offering nationally-recognised qualifications in Customer Service, Sales, Food Safety and Service Sector Conflict Management, in partnership with Renaissance, we are able to deliver significant and achievable progression for participants and provide superb added-value for client organisations. | |
| The growing reputation of Renaissance in the ‘not-for-profit’ and statutory sectors has led to commissions from Connexions, Green Horizons, the Haringey Neighbourhood Resource Centre, the London Development Agency and Peabody Trust. | |

Working in partnership with Public Sector Organisations, we design and deliver a range of bespoke courses to develop the skills of a variety of client groups ranging from the young unemployed to refugees and asylum seekers. Courses can range from one day programmes to more extensive two week training packages depending on the needs of the client organisation. |

We take specific elements from our core personal development package, The Renaissance Programme, and offer them as targeted workshops. These short workshops are usually delivered across London as part of social enterprise events such as recruitment fairs. Clients include the London borough of Haringey and the London borough of Barking and Dagenham. |
