Since its inception in 2000 Newlon Fusion has provided unique, tailored learning opportunities for people over the age of 16 by using creative and innovative interventions to promote personal development and increase employability. In that time we have been able to assist some of the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach individuals living or working in north and east London both through direct service delivery and, more importantly, by training those professionals who are charged with their support.

Our award-winning personal development and employability model is capable of replication into other sectors and situations. During 2005/6 we strengthened our operational base by becoming, firstly, a subsidiary of Newlon Housing Group and, in April 2006, its sole provider of training and community regeneration activities. This has enabled us to ensure that all our programmes continue to offer a real and sustainable response to the needs of all our customers.
